Returns and Exchanges

We would like to inform you that custom fees are not under our control and can vary from country to country. Shipping and Handling
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days, and you can typically expect delivery within 7-10 business days from the date of processing.
For international orders, please note that delivery can take up to 15 days following order processing due to local post processing times. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance as they may have it on hand.
Please note that some post offices mark packages as delivered when they arrive, rather than when they are actually delivered to your doorstep. If you place an order on a weekend or a holiday, it will be shipped on the next available business day.
